FINAL THOUGHTS: Totally unexpected twists. I really liked Adrienne's personality—her way of thinking, how calm she was during stressful situations, and her ability to detect lies (though I guess most therapists can do that). Near the end, there was a chapter titled "(PA)TRICIA" that brought everything together. The moment I saw that word, I connected all the dots—and boom 💥—it was a complete shock. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys surprise twists, psychological manipulation, and wants a peek inside a therapist’s mind.
